Why I’m Starting This Now

We’re entering a new kind of business battleground—one shaped by AI augmentation, global uncertainty, and a rising need for trusted tribes.

I’m creating this Substack to share the stories, ideas, and strategies that don’t make it into the headlines of mainstream media.

I’ve been operating in business for decades. Along the way, I’ve seen how the rules of the game change, and how most people don’t notice until it’s too late.

This Substack is my response.

It’s no longer enough to lead with experience. You need clarity, adaptability, and a support network aligned with People, Planet, and Purpose.

I’ve launched this space to help the next generation of leaders: founders, executives, and strategists—prepare for what’s coming next. And not just survive it, but lead it.

I’ve been lucky to work alongside COTRUGLI Business School 2,700+ MBA alumni, launch dozens of businesses and projects, and mentor founders and leaders navigating asymmetrical markets. In those conversations, I’ve seen a hunger for clarity, conviction, and bold direction. This space is my attempt to meet that need.
